These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HollidAI’s website and services. By purchasing or using HollidAI services, you agree to these Terms.
1. HollidAI Services
HollidAI provides personalized artificial intelligence setup, consulting, education, integration, workflow design, and custom AI system-building services for individuals.
The exact scope, features, deliverables, timing, price, and support included in a custom project may be defined separately in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, email, or other written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use HollidAI services.
3. AI Limitations
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected results. AI-generated output should not automatically be treated as fact or relied upon where independent professional judgment is appropriate.
HollidAI does not guarantee that an AI system or third-party service will always be available, error-free, or produce a particular result.
4. Professional Advice
HollidAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
HollidAI systems may help customers organize information, documents, goals, routines, or other aspects of their personal lives, but they are not substitutes for qualified professionals where professional advice is required.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, maintaining appropriate security over your own accounts and credentials, reviewing important AI-generated information before relying on it, and using HollidAI services lawfully.
You may not use HollidAI services to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, or facilitate harmful or fraudulent activity.
6. Third-Party Services
HollidAI projects may use or integrate third-party products and services. Those services may have their own accounts, fees, availability, limitations, privacy policies, and terms.
HollidAI does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, pricing, or policies.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the HollidAI website are starting prices unless specifically identified otherwise.
Custom projects may require a separate quote. The applicable price, payment schedule, deliverables, and other project-specific terms will be communicated before paid work begins.
Additional work outside an agreed project scope may require additional payment with the customer’s approval.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may depend on the particular service or project and will be communicated when applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed work and work already performed on a custom project are not automatically refundable.
9. Customer Materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide to HollidAI, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You give HollidAI permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the services you request.
10. Custom Deliverables
Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables may depend on the project and on licenses or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, software, models, templates, or other components.
Project-specific ownership terms may be stated in a proposal or other written agreement.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
HollidAI will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable project-specific agreements.
Customers should avoid providing sensitive information that is unnecessary for their project.
12. No Guarantee of Results
HollidAI will provide services based on the agreed project scope, but we do not guarantee specific personal, financial, professional, productivity, performance, or other outcomes from using AI or HollidAI services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HollidAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HollidAI’s aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount the customer paid HollidAI for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
14. Changes to Services or Terms
HollidAI may modify its website, services, or these Terms as the business evolves. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date when appropriate.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
